Active tool is white; click "View
Full Map" under key to refresh image to full extent.
Zoom In (default tool)
Upon entering the map page, clicking on any spot will redraw a smaller area with additional detail, zooming in closer to street level by approximately 200%, centering on the point clicked. The zoom-in tool can also be used to draw a zoom-box to expand a selected area of any size by clicking and dragging the
cursor.
Zoom Out
When this tool is selected, clicking on any spot will redraw and larger area, zooming out toward the statewide view by approximately 50%, centering on the point clicked.
Pan
Use the panning tool to re-center your map in any direction. With this tool selected, click and drag your mouse in the direction you want to pull the map – from the top down to scroll North, from the bottom up to scroll South, from right to left to scroll East, and so forth.
Scroll North, Scroll South, Scroll West, Scroll East
Use the scroll buttons to move the map in the direction selected. With these tools selected, clicking on any spot will draw a new map at the same zoom level either above (North), below (South), to the left (West) or right (East) of the area currently viewed.
Power (default) / Speed
  Viewers can alternate between displaying the wind power density estimates, which take into consideration elevation and temperature factors, and the more basic wind speed estimates. Viewers can alternate between displaying wind speed at 30 m (100 ft) and 50 m (160 ft) (default) above ground level.
Zoom To
Enter a City and 2-digit state code as shown, a County name, a Zip
code, or Latitude and Longitude values and click GO to enter a query window,
then click "Zoom to Feature" to jump to the selected area on the wind map.
